Return & Refund Policy

Free, Fast and Easy UK Returns UK Addresses: LYRA guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods provided that: 

- The Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the 'Returns Form' within 30 days of receipt of the Goods by you.

Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund on receipt. However, sometimes returns take a little longer to get to us so please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post.

Overseas Addresses: Please note that we do not offer our 'free returns' service outside the UK. However, we will refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UK.

Customs/Clearance Fees: For International returns, please clearly label the shipment as "RETURN" in order for the parcel not to be held by local customs.
